We take pride in having everything you need to feel comfortable and at home - including a kitchen filled with meal-making appliances and dishes. Diane is designed for quiet mature stays. Guests seeking a calm, clean, and respectful environment will enjoy the space most. Not suitable for parties, events, or revolving door social connection. Please note a similar house is being constructed next door — noise activity is minimal on the weekend and primarily weekday afternoons.

Diane is designed for quiet, mature, respectful stays. We ask that all guests honor house rules: - Observe quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM CST - Keep the space smoke-free, vape-free, and pet-free - No subletting - primary guest must be present and onsite during the stay. - Primary guest must be 21+ years old. - Adhere to parking guidelines - please don’t block access to other unit’s assigned spaces or driveways. - This neighborhood is not conducive to party or event venue-like activity. - Max of six guests, at all times, everyone must be platform registered, no exceptions (NO VISITORS).
